Kiton offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their handcrafted garments. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kiton account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a formal Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Kiton signature box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective materials and authentic certificates are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.
Handover and Inspection
Schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop off the package at an authorized point; once received, our artisans will inspect the quality before a refund is issued.
